ebaji Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ebaji" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the ebaji online gaming platform accessible at ebaji.io and all associated mobile applications, products, and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the ebaji platform and who accesses or uses any part of the platform's products and services.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a player following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds, bonus funds, and free bet credits held within a player's account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, cashback award, reload bonus, or free bet credit granted to a player by ebaji, which is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real-Money Funds" refers to deposits made by a player via any accepted payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total value of wagers a player must place using bonus funds before those funds — and any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that all players must complete, including submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which governs all operational timelines on the ebaji platform.

By registering an account on the ebaji platform, clicking any "I Agree", "Accept", or equivalent confirmation button during the registration flow, or by continuing to access and use the platform following notification of any update to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you:

1. Have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understood their content;
2. Are a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration;
3. Are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
4. Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
5. Accept that these Terms & Conditions, together with the ebaji Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ebaji.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the ebaji platform, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above. ebaji applies a strict 21+ age restriction and performs mandatory age verification on all accounts.
• You are located in, or are a resident of, Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any ebaji team member.
• You have not previously had an ebaji account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by yourself via the ebaji responsible gaming tools or by the ebaji compliance team.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing any wager or making any financial transaction on the platform.

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on the ebaji platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. This information must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any change to your legal name, address, or contact details must be reported to the ebaji support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the change occurring. ebaji reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be materially inaccurate or outdated.

Account registration and all associated communications from ebaji are conducted in English. It is your responsibility to ensure you are sufficiently proficient in English to understand these Terms & Conditions, game rules, bonus terms, and all platform communications before completing registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ebaji login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• Use a unique, strong password for your ebaji account that you do not use for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication via your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional security layer.
• Log out fully from any shared or public device after each session.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately by contacting [email protected].

ebaji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ebaji that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

ebaji protects all platform sessions with 256-bit SSL encryption. However, the security of your login credentials on your own device and network remains your sole responsibility. ebaji accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

ebaji accepts deposits from verified account holders via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• bKash mobile financial service
• Nagad mobile financial service
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS)
• Upay mobile financial service
• Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards (where supported by the issuing bank)

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits published in the ebaji cashier section, which may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a maximum of 30 minutes for bank transfer methods during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the source account. ebaji does not accept deposits in any currency other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and processing times set out below:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to limits published in the ebaji cashier section
• Processing time via bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 15–60 minutes during BST business hours
• Processing time via bank transfer: 1–3 Bangladesh working days

Only Real-Money Funds are available for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. The withdrawal of Real-Money Funds ahead of satisfying Wagering Requirements may result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings.

ebaji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation, where the compliance team determines it to be necessary. Processing may be delayed during such review periods. ebaji will communicate the reason for any such delay to the requesting player via the registered email address.

ebaji offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are governed first by these Terms & Conditions and secondly by any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets contribute at rates published in the promotion-specific terms. Where no contribution rate is specified, the default is 100% for slots and 10% for live casino table games.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within 7 calendar days of issue and Wagering Requirements not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus credit date will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice.
4. Single Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
5. Abuse and Misuse: ebaji reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — is detected.

All games and sports betting markets available on the ebaji platform are governed by the individual rules published within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions prevail unless the game-specific rule expressly states otherwise.

ebaji's games are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use independently audited random number generators and are certified for fair play. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the relevant game providers and are available on request from the ebaji support team.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round or open bet, the following rules apply:

• Any game round where a bet is placed but the outcome cannot be verified due to a system error will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
• ebaji is not liable for losses arising from a player's own connectivity failure, device malfunction, or browser/application crash that results in a session being interrupted.
• Live sports betting markets voided or suspended due to abandonment, weather interruption, or data feed failure will have open bets voided and stakes returned, unless settlement rules specific to that market state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ebaji platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ebaji reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account where prohibited activity is detected, to forfeit all account balances, and to report the activity to relevant authorities where required:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or age information
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that bypasses manual player interaction
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, stolen credentials, or unauthorised third-party accounts
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ebaji platform infrastructure

ebaji is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform offers the following self-service responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications at intervals of your choosing to remind you of the time you have spent on the platform in a single session.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up summaries of your session duration and net gaming position, presented at intervals you select.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any ebaji intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, display, or otherwise exploit any ebaji content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ebaji. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided that all proprietary notices are retained and no modification is made to any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ebaji's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ebaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, whether or not ebaji was advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and regardless of whether such action sounds in contract or tort.

ebaji does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures that are outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of internet service providers, mobile network operators, third-party payment processors, or force majeure events.

ebaji collects, processes, stores, and uses player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the ebaji Privacy Policy.

Player data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of relevant platform communications. Player data is never sold to third parties and is not shared except where required for payment processing, regulatory compliance, or as required by applicable law.

Continued use of the ebaji platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and notify the support team at [email protected] to initiate account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ebaji's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall first be referred to the ebaji internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting [email protected] with a detailed written description of the complaint.

ebaji will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 Bangladesh business days and provide a substantive response within 14 Bangladesh business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration prior to initiating any court proceedings.
